Village & waterfront
Spontaneity, proximity and the energy of daily life.
TAGHAZOUT · MOROCCO
A low-density hospitality asset where live-fire dining, wellbeing and five private lodges form an address to validate, phase and operate to one standard.
TABLE · COAST · RITUAL · LODGES
THE MIRAGE VISION · FEASIBILITY FRAME
An Atlantic-facing address conceived as a low-density journey: arrival, Table, Coast, Ritual and stay. Its final programme will depend on land, permits, access and technical capacities.
MIRAGE TAGHAZOUT
Mirage brings together the desirability of a great address and the discipline needed to build, operate and earn acceptance within its territory.
Mirage is neither a restaurant with a view nor a mass beach club. It is a stay-and-day address where landscape remains the primary asset and every use is calibrated to last.
Mirage’s value rests on a complementary offer, Table, Coast, Ritual, Sessions and Lodges, organised around one operating standard, controlled flows and explicit feasibility criteria.
MIRAGE'S PLACE
Mirage is not designed to reproduce the village, a hotel or a surf camp. It creates a reason to stay longer, return and celebrate differently.
Spontaneity, proximity and the energy of daily life.
Comfort and service within an accommodation ecosystem.
Community, an active rhythm and shared moments.
Dining, sunset, programming and gatherings brought together in one independent address.
WHO CARRIES MIRAGE
Mirage separates creative direction, development, the project entity and operations. That distinction is a prerequisite for a rigorous investor discussion.

A private chef and creator of tables, Roméo has refined his cuisine across the oceans, between private homes and the yachting world. He has served yacht owners and an international clientele accustomed to the highest standards of discretion. At Mirage, he leads a produce-led, live-fire table, precise in execution and generous in welcome.
Pulsotel supports development, partners, digital journeys and project presentation. Its role is distinct from asset ownership, project governance and future operations.
Land, finance, architecture, engineering, operations and compliance must come together in a clear project structure and operating agreement before commitment.
THE MIRAGE SIGNATURE
Mirage combines produce-led, sharing cuisine with measured cultural programming. The venue’s intensity remains sized to the site, permits, flows and surrounding community.

A target of 70 to 90 covers, up to 110 exceptionally, is subject to operational, technical and permit validation. Kitchen and service are designed to remain discreet from the landscape.
Cultural formats are considered for 80 to 120 people depending on permits, acoustics and the mobility plan. There is no permanent nightclub or programming built on density.

FIVE PILLARS · ONE DESTINATION
Atlantic live-fire dining, calibrated for service quality, seasonality and a discreet back-of-house.
Low-density terraces and cabanas: a relationship with the ocean before a filling strategy.
Hammam, treatments and recovery: wellbeing rooted in the rhythms of the coast.
Selected cultural gatherings, constrained by acoustics, permits, flows and the surrounding community.
Five private lodges under consideration, operated to one standard with centralised service.
THE DEVELOPMENT PATH
The project progresses only after its gates are validated: land feasibility, programme and pre-design, then investment and pre-opening. Extensions remain conditional on operating evidence.
Title or control, topography, planning, access, utilities, environment and permits define what can actually be built.
Landscape, access, views, acoustics and neighbours guide the format, flows, back-of-house and capacities of the destination core.
CAPEX, team, contracts, PMS, procedures and go-to-market are organised before opening. The Lodges phase triggers only with evidence of demand and operations.
