Arrival
A simple, discreet arrival before the first reveal of the landscape.
MIRAGE · PROGRAMME FRAME
The masterplan is an intent framework, not a building permit. It connects arrival, Table, Coast, Ritual, Lodges and back-of-house subject to land, technical and regulatory validation.
THE OVERALL VISION
Mirage favours low architecture, sequential terraces, natural materials and spaces that keep landscape in the foreground. Water, energy, acoustics, waste and mobility constraints guide the design from the outset.
SPATIAL INTENT
The Mirage experience is organised in sequences, but also in separated flows: guest arrival, resident access, service, deliveries, waste, maintenance and emergencies. Landscape must never conceal operational reality.
A simple, discreet arrival before the first reveal of the landscape.
A slow journey through shade, stone and discovery.
Dining, a bar and gatherings that evolve with the light.
An intimate belvedere where landscape remains the main spectacle.
THE MIRAGE PROGRAMME · FEASIBILITY HYPOTHESIS
This programme is a scoping base. Areas, capacities, locations and opening sequences must be confirmed by studies, the operator and applicable permits.
A GATED DEVELOPMENT PATH
No phase presumes the next. Land, regulatory, technical and operating validation conditions each commitment.
Site control, topographic and technical studies, planning, environment, access, utilities, mobility and permits. This gate fixes the truly financeable scope.
Arrival, Table, Coast, Ritual, back-of-house and flow-control measures form a first complete operation, subject to required validation.
The five Lodges, centralised operations, Octorate as a potential PMS and stay services are committed only after evidence of Phase 1 demand, compliance and execution.
